Badge terms of use

Euro Toolhub provides listed providers with free badges. By embedding a badge you accept the following terms.

1. Who may use badges

A badge may only be used by the respective listed provider to identify their own offering or Euro Toolhub profile.

2. Linking

The badge must link to the corresponding Euro Toolhub profile (as provided in the embed code).

3. No modification

Badges may not be modified, distorted, recreated or used in a misleading context.

4. No certification claim

“Verified” means we have editorially checked the details – it is not a certification, official seal or endorsement. The basis is our methodology.

5. Data-dependent and revocable

Badges reflect the current data. If details change (e.g. Sovereignty Score, verification status or ranking), the badge adjusts automatically or is removed. Euro Toolhub may revoke usage at any time, in particular in cases of abusive or misleading use.

6. Free and not for sale

Badges are free. They cannot be bought; sponsoring influences neither the score nor badge eligibility.

7. Trademarks

“Euro Toolhub”, the logo and the badges are protected by copyright and trademark law. Use is only permitted within the scope of these terms.
