TYPO3 is an open-source enterprise content management system with European roots: the non-profit TYPO3 Association in Switzerland safeguards development, and TYPO3 GmbH in Düsseldorf is the commercial arm. It's licensed under GPLv2+, fully self-hosted, and the most widespread open-source enterprise CMS.
